Android and ios task

We have a TaxiBooking app like "Uber"
We need to make 2 things:

#A - Set the Notification via https://developer.apple.com/notifications/

#B - Set the calculate the price for distance
First you have to understand the flow
1 - In passenger app, user can search pick up and drop-off location.
If user selected the pickup and drop-off, user should can see the price and distance.
And if user want to use a taxi for his booking(user click request button) app will send the request to server.
so when user send the request to server for his reservation, server will select the desired taxi and will notify that the taxi received the reservation.
2 - At this point(driver received the reservation), driver app should send the taxi's location in a real time(maybe one time in 2 ~ 3 seconds).
So, server receive taxi's location info in a real time and server send the taxi's location to passenger app whenever it is required.
3 - In passenger app, after the user received the driver acceptation, the user can see the taxi's location in map and taxi's status in a real time.

Task #B:
Then we need the server keep the pick up location when the driver start the ride
And at the end of the ride server should save the drop-off location
Then if server know the pick up location and drop-off location, server scan calculate the distance from the info.
then it's easy to get the total price of the distance for passenger have to pay
