Hello, you need at least an android application, the goal is the following, the first activity (window) has 2 lines in it (Upload a video and upload a picture after uploading a comment, contact email number or anonymity) --> these files should get either to the server or to the mail, options with where the files fall can be discussed in the chat. The same question is the price of the question and the timing. The 2nd activity is simple with information about the project and contact details.
