Android and iOS learning app for FMCG Trainings

We want to make an app for our learning platform. The website https://bit.ly/3pFIs1K please have a look at this site. This is not our site. This is a website we find more close to what we need, although this is a very basic site, our target is to make an engaging mobile application also we want to integrate eLearning module in our App. Our training (eLearning module) will be on european FMCG. we want to integrate FMCG corporate and retail trainining module for European candidates. please suggest the platform along with the timeline. Our website will also be developing in this phase so you will have to coordinate with the website developer to make sure both the platforms are in sync.
