Android/iOS App for Data Entry and Analysis by Employees and its Analysis to Admin

I am looking for a skilled developer who can create an Android/iOS app that allows employees to easily input data daily (like their attendance) in a form in the app , and for the admin to analyze the collected data. The app should have the following features:
Login:
Employees and employer can open the app by login id and password
Data Entry:
- Employees should be able to input text data efficiently daily through the app

Data Analysis:
- The admin should be able to analyze the collected data effectively like showing bar graphs etc
-All employees can see their own data and its analysis and the employer can see the data (and analysis )of all employees.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience in developing Android and iOS apps
- Proficient in data entry and analysis functionalities
- Knowledge in creating user-friendly interfaces
- Ability to ensure data security and confidentiality

Please note that the app is expected to be used by around 50 employees for data entry.
