Android and iOS app customization

I have a school app
Android - written in Java
iOS - written using swift

I just need to change the appearance of the main interface.

Current interface The system modules appear as a menu list.
The new interface needs to be converted into icons.

Note 1: I am providing you with the design

Note 2: These modules that appear on the application interface will be dynamic, depending on whether or not they are activated by the admin.
The main system is written in php laravel
