Android and iOS App Needed - Help Me Start Something with Lots of Potential to Grow!
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD
Identified a need in the market to help people effected by Food Allergies and with Dietary Restrictions. There is not much competition in the market, so if this is successful you could be a part of something with endless growth opportunities. I am looking for a developer with experience in creating Mobil Apps on both Android and iOS, some Graphic Design skills, and good with creating Databases/web scrubbing. I am looking for someone to work with me, have inputs, create something that can be used to capture preliminary data needed for monetary gains after the beta is released.
The Ask:
1. Need some type of data scrub from the web in order to identify locations given certain zip codes, and then pull information from multiple websites based off the locations (<1000 websites at first, then scale at a later time).
2. Create a data storage location to be used to store the data that is pulled in step 1 as well as store the customer data that will be obtained in step 3. This database should be accessible with Tableau or some sort of data warehouse tool to suit reporting needs.
3. Build a Beta app for testing purposes. There are 7 screens needed as part of the app, description of each screen below:
Screen 1 - App open page with Sign Up/Log In buttons
Screen 2 - Sign Up page
Screen 3 - Log In page
Screen 4 - "Your Profile" page
Screen 5 - "Map" page
Screen 6 - "List" page
Screen 7 - "Detailed Page" this will overlay the Map and List page when certain things are clicked.
4. Since there will be a map there will need to be basic information accessible on the map about locations pulled in step 1, as well as approximate distance from user.
5. There will need to be a way to filter and sort based off from certain criteria.
6. Each screen will need to be able to show calculations for each location pulled in step 1, this is the premise of the app and largely what will differentiate from current competition.
7. Customer data needs to be collected, this data will need to feed into the data storage created in step 2.
8. Once beta is created, a test will be conducted with 50-200 people to identify and flush out any issues with the app, collect prelimary customer data, and produce preliminary reporting. We need to be able to support multiple concurrent users.
9. After beta testing finishes, we will need to fix any issues from test, and prepare to rollout version 1.0 to customers on both iOS and Android!
Feel free to ask any question before bidding, looking for a timeline of <8 weeks for beta to be completed. NDA will need to be signed before full idea can be explained. Located in Seattle, WA working in Pacific Standard Time (PST) so please be able to accommodate PST working hours somewhat for maximum communication. I am looking for a developer to come to the table with a creative mind and work with me, not just follow my instructions, I'd like to be a team.
