Normally, Work From Home Mode but for few positions it may require to stay at client location in Tokyo-Japan for few weeks based on their requirement. Full Time is preferable but we can also work on part time and on project basis. ( Individual candidates are preferred over companies )
Job Details:
-Engineer who shares a passion for troubleshooting & resolving Android/iOS Mobile App issues.
-Working with Developers for testing high quality native Android/iOS Application.
-Work closely with Operation Team, Engineering Team, Product Managers, Tech leads to flesh out details and execute on requirements with a keen eye towards quality of Android/iOS App and SDK features.
-Working on real time production issues, debugging, and sharing RCA/Solution with customers.
-Work with offshore and backend teams to develop robust end-to-end features & enhancement.
-Responsible for unit testing and ensuring quality of code for new feature requirements.
-Support and maintain existing apps and SDKs, including troubleshooting of real-world production issues
-Investigate and propose new ideas to constantly evolve the technology of our iOS apps and SDKs
-Ensure and improve quality of services by employing tools and methodologies
-Keep up to date with the latest iOS/Android technologies to apply to our products
-Solving SDK/APK related issues for last scale of production user and active support for customer problems.
Live-Proj: Conformance/protocol/Bug testing Parental Control application which protects child from danger on the Internet. This service provides monitoring SNS to check message exchanges in kids mobile and use the web filtering function to block harmful sites. Loc tracking, monitoring, controlling, and Allow disallow App/Websites

Skills and Qualifications:
 Knowledge of professional Mobile App engineering and best practices for full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, continuous deployments, testing & operations.
 Knowledge of Building mobile frameworks, Web services and SOA related standards like REST/JSON
 Experience in Java/Kotlin Android environments and Swift/Objective-C for iOS
 Good working knowledge of integrating Android/iOS applications with back-end services.
 Strong expertise in understanding App features, bug analysis and resolving SDK/APK level issues
 Knowledge of Networking, IP, DNS, HTTPS Proxy, accessibility, and internet connectivity.
 Good knowledge on integrating Android Apps with Push Notification service e.g Google FCM
 Knowledge of open-source and commercial libraries commonly used in the Android/iOS ecosystem
 Good knowledge and experience in Android Studio including the Android SDK
 Experience with Android/iOS frameworks Experience in mobile design patterns.
 Comfortable working in an Agile environment, Ticket management system and JIRA.
 Knowledge about performance measurement and monitoring and optimization of Application.
 Understanding of CI/CD for mobile apps , DevOps practices and End to End Mobile App life cycle management.
 Strong problem-solving skills to solve complex and uncertain situations in the production environments.
 Knowledge of Published Android Apps on Google Play and iCoud / App Store etc
 Bachelor’s degree and relevant experience

 Strong communication, time management and task management skills.
 Experience working on apps with a large-scale user base in the commercial environment
 Knowledge of telecommunication (4G/5G), DPI, Cloud technologies/Microservices/containerization etc ( Optional )
