Android hand gestures recognition

Create Android app that uses device camera to recognize hand gestures and uses the hand gestures as user input. Using opencv as the computer vision library. Doing certain hand poses in view of Android device camera should have app respond in some way. For example, holding up the index finger should display the number 1 on app, holding up two fingers should display the number 2, etc.
