Android face filters ARcore developer

Looking for an ARcore developer to add face filters to my existing app. I have the collada files for the filters and the camera is already done. Just need to add filters to the existing camera app. I do have source code.

Attached is some screenshots example. One screenshot is the current state of the camera. The second screenshot is the filters we want to add.

Note: app is written in Java. Budget is $500
