Android expert need to fix User Data Policy Issue

Our app was removed from the playstore on Jan 9, 2023 (for not adhering to Google Play Developer Program). We updated the privacy policy on our website https://www.superride.ca/privacy-policy and provided the Privacy policy link in the app and sent it for approval. The update was rejected again on Jan 12, 2023 for (Not adhering to User Data Policy)
We need an android expert who has previous knowledge in fixing this type of issue. When you bid, please do not bid a random amount/standard template rather go through the attached screen shot, go through the privacy policy https://www.superride.ca/privacy-policy, go through the attached apk and then tell us exactly what needs to be done quickly.
