Android development for sharing -- 2

I want build a Android app which find nearby people via Google maps in three different section:
1.Roadway
2.Railway
3.Airway
4.Examination

I will explain the whole project in example:
Ram is waiting in airport and want to go railway station via a roadway about 40km but he want a share cab with other person also which make him save some money.In that situation he easily find a people nearby which have the same destination as he has in the app.

So,I want to make a app which help people find nearby people with same destination
