Android developer with prior experience in USB, Bluetooth and Wifi Interfacing

I am looking for an experienced Android developer who can create a utility app (with an AR file that has all the functionality) for data transfer with a device. The primary function of the app will be to transfer data between the mobile and device. The app will need to interface with USB, Bluetooth, and Wi-Fi communication methods. The ideal candidate will have prior experience with USB, BLE, and Wi-Fi interfacing.
