Android developer with experience of Image Recognition and Augmented Reality

I am looking for an experienced Android developer who is proficient in both Image Recognition and Augmented Reality.

I want to build a native android app without a framework like flutter. I want to develop it without a server.
The 'serverless' I mentioned literally means an app without a server.
I initially considered pretraining the user's back and chest data.

Specific features required for the Android app include:
