Android developer needed to convert web application to android application

We have a web application based on angular , rest API and My SQL. We need a android developer to build the same web application on android from start. The web application is currently live and users are using it for a year. We need an android application which is user friendly and also can bind with our already existing database. We are using Azure services for the web application.
We require the android application as soon as possible.
