I have existing simple homework project

The project has 3 screens, and repetitive information is repeated on each page.

Its necessary to add several icons, and SQLite to be able create, edit, delete text items like in screenshots.

There are no specific design requirements or any other requirements for the project, the most simple is better

At the end I need .zip file with all files (source code)
