Android developer for an ongoing project.

I am looking for an Android developer who is proficient in one or more of Flutter, React Native, Swift. The specifications are well defined and we have already finished 80% of the work and we are looking for a developer who is proficient in android development especially flutter and finish the android application. The nature of work would be to work closely with the UX designer, finish the app with 1/2/3 iterations and ensure that we pass the QA. We would like to discuss with the same person if we find him/her good ,the features for version 2 of the product. Before commencing any discussions, we want the person to sign a NDA with us.
