Android custom on ActionMode menu items

I am adding a menu item for texts selection. Normally it shows cut, copy, paste, etc. I added a one more item to this menu and named the item as "FORMAT". I want to move the menu item "Format" next to the cut and paste menu. If you can do it for me to move the menu item, that would be great. Will pay $35 after the work is done. Thanks!!!
