Android TV box Linux Kernal, Firmware embedded developer.. Must have code for any android TV box

We are a digital signage company using the android box to show content on tv.
Our users connect to our back-end, choose their content, the content displays on the Tv box ( android box).
Here is why we are reaching out to you:
A lot of our clients are retail and restaurant owners. Their TVs are high on the wall, it's very hard for them to add the SSID /password with the android box and for many reasons such as Its too hard to reach, the remote doesn't work when the box is behind the Tv.
Our customers are frustrated.
We need an android box expert that can do the following :
1-Able to connect to the android box via Computer or mobile.
When they search for a connection with their computer or mobile, they would choose the android box SSID. At this point, a captive portal appears on the computer or phone where they can add the SSID and password. They have now connected the android to the internet but providing it with the right SSID and password.

2- If in case of any ram leak, the system should always restart the system if it ever crashes.
