Android based image processing OCR from ID Card -- 2

Edit Description
1. OCR Plugin to get Licence number ,name,dob,issue date ,expiry date,place of issue ,nationality and image should be in base64 format
2.SDK version compatibility to use it in nativescript angular project( minSdkVersion 21).
3.Library can be in .jar or .aar form
4.Brief documentation on library(like folder path with app id ,function name, parameters if any)
5.Brief documentation on Permissions and changes to be done in AndroidManifest.xml and build.gradle file for android .
6.Response must be in JSON format.
7.support base required if any road blocks occur during integrating SDK in Nativescript angular Project.
8.Please return success message error messages(if any) as response for better experience
9.Support required for upcoming Android version
10.Scanning and parsing in a single action is desirable
