we need a flutter developer that will create an flutter app that do this tasks
1. the flutter app will use the plugin flutter dial direct as a dialer
2. the flutter app will have 3 api each api will be connected to server as endpoint
3. api#1 will take the audio of the mic of the flutter dialer and send it to the remote server using RTP
4. api #2 will take the audio of the speaker from the flutter direct dial and send it to a remote server using RTP
5. api#3 will be connected to a server that will instruct the flutter android direct to initiate a call and to send back call stat like . dialing . ring .busy , end call and can close the call
6. the method of testing this app For api #1 and #2
1. app is on the developer android
2. a developer dial a local Hotel
3. the remote sip extension user can talk to the Hotel using the developer android
