Android app to work as bluetooth HID device

Dear developer,

I am looking for an android app with the following requirements:

- android app for Android os 8.1 and newer
- source code and exclusive, unlimited and unrestricted rights for use of this source code is granted
- app works as bluetooth HID device to send characters (like a keyboard) to the connected host system (i.e. windows, linux or mac os computer/laptop)
- pair bluetooth hosts (windows, linux or mac os computer/laptop) with android device that runs this app
- show all hosts paired with this app
- select a host to connect to it via the paired bluetooth HID connection
- when connected, show a disconnect button to disconnect the host
- when connected, show a textfield where text can be entered. with each character entered there, the character is also send via HID bluetooth to the connected host (like a remote bluetooth keyboard)
- when pressing the disconnect button, the bluetooth connection is cracefully disconnected
- the provided source code has one or more functions to send complete strings or single characters to the connected bluetooth host.
- all source code is provided as tested code with well written inline documentation
- the bidder suggests a development environment before start of the project. both parties will agree to a programming language, development environment and toolset which will be kept up until the end of the project or until agreed together otherwise. all libraries that have to be included have to be agreed upon. Especially no chargeable library shall be used.
