Android app with vector map -- 2

The app should contain the given vector map (made in mapinfo) combined with raster image as background.
By clicking and holding finger on each Polygone the app opens camera for taking pictures and videos.
Each Polygone has its name/id. Thus every taken picture/video should be saved in the respective folder under the same name of Polygone and inside in folder by date.
To view all the pictures taken from each Polygone you may click once on the Polygone and thus open the respective folder in cloud or google disk where you see many folders by date.
