Android app with vector map

The app should contain given vector map(made in mapinfo) each polygon has an id. By clicking and holding the finger on each Polygone the app opens camera and takes pictures/videos, which later can be stored in the cloud under the respective id name and the date
By one click on the Polygone the respective folder opens and shows all the pictures separated by date
