Android app with Live map features

Hello, we need to build a small android app with live MAP/MAP features...this project has 3, 4 screens...we are looking for someone who is good at awesome designs and android development ...should have good experience in MAP/live map features, 3rd party MAP API's,
PHASE 1 :
Prototype with dummy data(The screen designs should complete with all the place holders and hard coded values)
PHASE 2: Once our client approves the prototype, we will work on PHASE 2
