Android app to parse SMS and forward to a IP PORT in xml format

WE want an android app
Read incoming SMS
Parse SMS from authorised numbers as
Mobile number, Message, Date, time.

The Message contains GPS data in lat long altitude and time.

Forward the SMS to a predefined IP and port number.
