Android app for a quiz with 5 question papers each question paper with 200 questions and 4 options,app should be in a way that the student can attend the questions and see the answer after that or see answer after completing the question paper

I am looking to develop an Android app for a quiz with 5 question papers each containing 200 questions with 4 possible options. The student should be able to access the answer to each question after answering each question or after completing the question paper - both options should be available. The user interface should be gamified for an interactive experience. I have specific requirements for the question categories and topics which need to be discussed further.
