Android app for meal portion track

I'm looking for a freelancer to create an Android app for meal portion track. The app should include meal logging, as well as portion size estimation. I'm planning to go with a minimalist approach but also chose JetSurvey's sample as the interface. The budget for this project is less than $500.

Just need to help me with the TensorFlow Lite Integration including the ML stuff.
