Android app for doctor consultation & Lab test booking

I'm looking to develop an Android app that facilitates doctor consultation and lab tests booking. I have a specific design in mind, as well as plans for back-end development requirements such as database and server-side scripting. I am seeking an experienced Android developer to build the app and help me bring my vision to life.
There will be following three logins:
1. Merchant Login on web
2. Admin & Sub admin Login on web
3. User android app on native
