Android app for data entry and data analysis using graphs

I am looking for a skilled developer who can create an Android app.

There are three types of users of this app.

1.Admin (Admin will be only one)
2.Counsellors (will be many around 100)
3.Counselees (will be many around 100 each for one counsellor)

Admin can do only three work he can add a counsellor to the app can remove one by filling his name, email id and password and some other info and can edit information like name etc of counsellor.

Counsellor is the person who will see the report of all counselees consisting data in table format and pie charts and bar graphs also.Data of last 30 days is need to be stored only.
He can add any counselee (by filling its details like name, email id etc.) or remove any counselee or edit any counselee information .

Counselee is the person who will be filling a form daily consisting of numerical inputs.He can see his complete report and of his batchmates.

Everyone will have the facility to change their password/forgot password

that allows employees to easily input data daily (like their attendance) in a form in the app , and for the admin to analyze the collected data. The app should have the following features:
Login:
Employees and employer can open the app by login id and password
Data Entry:
- Employees should be able to input text data efficiently daily through the app

- Experience in developing Android and iOS apps
- Proficient in data entry and analysis functionalities
- Knowledge in creating user-friendly interfaces
- Ability to ensure data security and confidentiality
