Android TV app for Digital Signage -- 2

I want a simple android TV app to be running on TV screen (high resolution). The app can be login using user name and password through a server-end API. Once login, available videos or images can be accessed and downloaded within the app by sync (if newer version is available). The downloaded video can be played in continuous loop (as like digital signage within KIOSK). In case of image, it will be displayed as like .gif mode to still picture.

Deliverable: Full documentation with source files (android TV app + demo test server) should be included in the final app delivery. The documentation should include full installation guide from a test server creation with API to running the app in the TV.
