Android app fix

I have an issue with enable background location on an android app. It keeps requesting it every time we open the app. The app is a taxi app for requesting rides. This issue wasn't before and it does it only if the android mobile phone is a bit older. You will have to check also why on a new android mobile phone a driver every now and then keeps getting kicked offline.
