Android app development

We have a developer app in iOS that needs to be re-written for Android (React Native or Flutter would be ideal). The app collects two pieces of information from two different sources: first, the location data of a DJI camera drone the Android device is connected to; second, location data received from a separate PC via HTTP server GET requests. Those two pieces of information are printed on a map showing the relative location between the two.
