Android app to create aircraft basic instruments

I'm looking for a developer to create an android app that can be used to create basic instruments for aircraft. I have chosen the game genre for the app and am aiming for a cross-platform app, so it should work on both Android and iOS devices. I also need some help with artwork, as I don't have the technical skills to create graphics for the game. The developer should be able to provide me with engaging and intuitive designs for my app.
