Android app: add some functionalities

Of the above app I want to add the following:
- Make the dares in the admin portal editable
- Realize heatmap on the map screen (the home screen). See snapchat for inspiration
- Add integration with Facebook to get the mediacontent on the sharedare app homescreen that has tags similar to Sharedare tags (e.g. food, sport, fashion, museum, game).
- On the home screen a filter functionality should be added so it is possible to filter the visualized content on tags
- A routing functionality should be added tapping from a new database of routs. Example: https://goo.gl/maps/auAFUSw4FZiaNELNA

Question:
- At the moment Google maps is used for the map in the app. Is there an open-source version available that also enables camera view adjustment? The reason is the cost once more users start using the app
