Android app

Hi ,
I am looking for a basic bus stop app based in ireland with the following functionalities
-show user their location on the map and that of the nearest bus stops and then navigate them to the selected bus stop
-show real time information of buses of the bus stop selected like google maps
Google maps API to be used and other APIs can be obtained from https://developer.nationaltransport.ie/
