Android app

Hello,

I need a small app that will run on my android as web server (say port 80), and will be used as API for my needs.

I will send a POST to the http with JSON that contains phone numbers and callback URL.

What the app should do?
1. The app willadd these phone numbers to contacts on the phone.
2. The app will check which contacts has whatsup/telegram/viber
3. The app will send the results to the callback URL when it's done checking.
