Android apk needed

Hi,
Need a tiny installable apk for Android latest version. That can :

1. Record ambient / surrounding sound 24x7, full 365 days unstoppable.
2. Per day 12 recordings of 2 hours each ( filename as per start time n date ) or custom time-frames we can discuss
3. Auto upload to : pre configured FTP server ( if upload fails, it tries to upload, when server is live or internet is working )
4. Auto start on phone reboot & runs in background
5. Icon must be of calculator or other app in disguise & opens as blank screen
6. UnInstall proof in settings ( uninstall button deactivated ) . Separate uninstaller need to be used or some code to uninstall
7. Records all calls too in background & upload in same FTP server
8. All recordings to be erased from Android once uploaded to FTP server successfully
9. All recordings to be saved in EXTERNAL SD CARD, if not available then only - local storage.
