Android Webview print directly using bluetooth thermal printer

I am looking for an experienced Android developer who can help me with my project. The main goal is to enable printing directly from an Android WebView using a Bluetooth thermal printer without using any third-party android app.

Printer Type: F2C 58mm

Printer Functionality: Both Print Text and Images

Targeted Android Version: Android 6 to 13
