Android/WearOS Developer for Health App

I'm looking for an experienced Android developer with WearOS integration skills to help bring an MVP health and wellness app to life. The app will use smartwatch biometric data (e.g., heart rate, stress levels) to detect elevated stress and trigger simple in-app guidance tools.

You'll be working with detailed Kotlin architecture, UI flow, and logic already prepared. Your job is to build, compile, and integrate the sensor-based functionality, and prepare the app for Google Play submission.

You’ll need to sign a Freelancer-provided NDA to access full project details. This project includes original methods and logic that are pending IP protection.

Key Responsibilities:

Build Android + WearOS app using Kotlin (based on provided architecture)

Integrate Health Connect or Samsung Health APIs (for heart rate/stress detection)

Trigger in-app functionality based on sensor input

Ensure compatibility across Android phones and WearOS watches (Galaxy Watch 4+ ideal)

Prepare APK and assist with Play Store listing/setup

Ideal Candidate:

Strong experience in Android development with Kotlin

Solid knowledge of WearOS and Health Connect APIs

Able to work independently from clear documentation

Experience publishing apps to the Google Play Store

Bonus: Familiarity with mental health, mindfulness, or wellness apps
