Android Utility App Development

I need an Android utility app developed using Unity. The app will feature a button labeled 'unlock'. Users can press this button if they input the correct value of 'pas'.

Key Requirements:
- The 'pas' value will be stored in a database (I have a server).
- The app must access the phone's internet connection.
- As an administrator, I need to log in with my user and password to change the 'pas' value for everyone.
