Android Styled Text Image App
Budget: ₹850 – ₹32,000 INR
I need a complete Android application that turns user-entered text into share-ready images. The focus is on instant conversion: the user types, chooses a style, tweaks the look, and exports or shares the final graphic—no server-side AI is involved.
Core flow
The app opens to a clean editor where text is entered. From there the user selects one of three style groups:
• typography art
• background with text overlay
• text combined with graphic elements
Because extensive customization is essential, controls must let the user adjust fonts, sizes, colours, gradients, shadows, alignment, canvas dimensions, and output resolution. Real-time preview is expected so every change is immediately visible.
Technical notes
Build the project in Android Studio using Kotlin (Java is acceptable if stated up front). All rendering should run smoothly on-device; libraries such as Jetpack Compose, Canvas, or an efficient OpenGL / GPU-accelerated approach are welcome as long as they keep APK size reasonable and support Android 8.0+.
Deliverables
• Full Android Studio project with clear, in-code comments
• Release-ready signed APK (or AAB)
• One-page setup & build guide
Acceptance criteria
• The three style groups reproduce faithfully and can be mixed with the customisation controls listed above.
• Saving and sharing output works across major messaging and social apps.
• No crashes or frame drops while editing on mid-range devices.
Hand over the project through Git (preferred) or a zipped archive once it meets the above points, and I’ll run it through a quick functional test before sign-off.
