Android Studio Kotlin Foreground service timer application
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
I am looking for a developer who can create an Android Studio Kotlin foreground service timer addition to my application. The main purpose of this application is to track time for specific tasks.
I already have an app with a countdown timer added to the application. The timer needs to be made a foreground service so that it can continue to run even if the user navigates to another section of the app.
Notifications needed to be added so that the user is notified when the timer is done. Notifications also need to be included as feel good statements for users when they are using the app.
Neatening up the timer too, to include a scroll wheel for timer selection and an enlargement of letters would be appreciated to.
Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficiency in Android Studio and Kotlin programming language
- Experience in developing foreground service applications
- Knowledge of timer functionality and handling in Android
- Familiarity with creating notifications in Android applications
