Android Studio Installation and Set Up for app debug and build

Fix android studio issue so that I can debug and build without any issues

Please remotely access to my computer and fix android studio issue..

I need to build android app in android studio..So I need freelancer to install android studio on my computer.
In fact The latest Android studio is installed but I got this error whenever trying to debug like this command

Quasar dev -m capacitor -T android in terminal

The error is like this
