Android Studio Game media storage api error

I am making android game.
game code is very old make by codecanyon developer.
now i am uploading to playstore.
playstore reject my app.
that say,use media storage api or all stroage access.
problem is for android 11 changes.
who can help me for this.
game is very small.
i make scopestorage in manifast.
and than still rejected .look image number 4.
who can fix this error.
don't come for too much money.
very low budget. i will hire again if can sloved this error with cheap rate.
