Android Storage Permission Issue Resolver for Wallpaper Android app

App works : Android 10, 11, 12
App not working : Android 13 and 14
Issue : Storage permission issue
Brief :
1. On the Splash screen, Allow permission button not showing, allow photos and videos access on 13 and 14.
2. Apply wallpapers screen doesn't comes on Android 13 and 14, after above fix is done.
