Android Stock Counting App Development

We are looking to develop a simple yet efficient stock counting Android app for our warehouse and retail shop operations. The app will be used by multiple employees to scan barcodes, count stock, and export the final data in Excel format.
Key Features Required:
Employee Login:
Each user (employee) must log in with their own credentials.
Admin panel (or Firebase) to manage users and access levels.
Master Data Import:
Upload product data from Excel or CSV (SKU, Item Name, System Stock, Barcode).
Master data will be loaded into the app for reference.
Barcode Scanning:
Allow barcode scanning using the device’s built-in scanner hardware or camera.
If a barcode is not found, allow manual SKU
Multi-location Support:
At startup, user selects the location (e.g., Warehouse or Shop).
All counts are saved under that selected location.
Offline Mode with Sync:
The app should work offline and store all counted data locally.
Once an internet connection is detected, the app should sync to Firebase automatically.
Multi-user, Real-Time Counting:
App must allow simultaneous use by multiple employees.
When the same item is scanned by multiple users, quantities should be summed (not overwritten).
Export Stock Count:
Export final counted data to Excel (SKU, Name, System Stock, Counted Qty, Difference).
