Android Secure App Shell Development

I'm looking for a skilled developer to create a custom Android app shell that serves as a protective interface for my device.

Main Requirements:
- The shell should restrict the user from leaving it, ensuring that the device remains within the controlled environment.
- Post-reboot, the app shell should automatically open a specific app, as specified by me.

Password Protection:
- The app shell must require a password to unlock and leave the secure environment.

Ideal Skills:
- Proficiency in Android app development, with experience in creating custom interfaces
- Strong understanding of app security and encryption
- Familiarity with implementing automatic functions post-reboot

Similar projects: kioware, hexnode and other, but they also provide full remote device control, I need only simple interface for setting up password, choosing app for running and all protection specifications from leaving

Please note that the app to be opened post-reboot can be any app, and will be designated by me.
