Android Script Development for Rooted Devices

I'm in need of an expert who can craft an Android script for a rooted device. The task requirements are threefold and need to occur on a daily, scheduled basis.

• The phone must automatically reboot each day at a specific time. The exact timing will be provided upon project commencement.
• Post-reboot, the script should verify the IP address. Expertise in IP address verification is a must.
• Thereafter, the script should initiate a specific Utility app. Familiarity with scripting for launch and manipulation of Utility apps is needed.
• Lastly, you're expected to program the script to carry out one or two click-based actions that would allow navigation within the app.

Ideal candidates should have robust experience in Android scripting, device rooting, app navigation automatization, and scheduled reboot. Familiarity with IP address verification is also a bonus.
