Android SMS App with Firebase Integration

I'm looking for a proficient Android developer who can create a SMS application for me. The app should have Firebase as its database.

Key Features:
- Send and receive messages: The core functionality of the app should allow users to send and receive SMS.
- Less UI work only backend work, received message must be stored in firebase instantly,
- App must work in background 24 Hours without opening
- From firebase I should able be execute any command like calling on a number.
- Backup and restore messages: Implement a feature that allows users to backup their messages and restore them when necessary.

User Authentication: The app does not require any user authentication features, so this can be excluded from the development process.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Strong proficiency in Android app development.
- Experience with Firebase integration and handling background running task.
- Prior experience developing SMS applications will be a plus.
- Good understanding of implementing backup and restore features in an app.
