Android React - Native massaging App - Figma Design ready

I am looking for an experienced Android React-Native developer to create a messaging app with the following features:
- Text messaging
- Photo sharing
- Voice messaging
there is no sign in or sign up need , we will use the App for our team only to test our Streaming server
User will ask for Request and in our admindashboard we wil give him the access.
The app should have a clean and modern design, with interactive animations and transitions to enhance the user experience.
How we will work:
Milestone #1 Converte the Design to form Figma to APK only frontend so that we can use the design
Ideal skills and experience for this job include:
- Proficiency in Android development using React-Native
- Experience with messaging app development
- Strong knowledge of UI/UX design principles
- Ability to create interactive animations and transitions
